Improve Your Healthy Eating Routine: A Hands-On Format for Ideas and Discussion
We will be rolling up our sleeves and working on our own healthy eating routines! You should bring your creative, quick breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas. We will share our healthy eating ideas and set personal goals to try new things. Our personal work will be the hands-on context for also considering new research on whether to encourage clients to diet or to just eat well; what new foods and food products make healthy eating easier; and new evidence-based strategies for supporting behavior change.
